Customized Items
Due to the personalized nature of custom-made items (including rhinestone pens and custom cups), all customized orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Apparel
Returns for apparals items may be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can assist you.
